We’ve previously spoken with a number of Teles agents and staff in offices across California, from agents to department heads to support team members, and today we’re taking a good look at Teles agent Eli Karon.
We sat down with Karon to talk to him about why he loves Teles, and he had plenty to say about the culture of support, our mastermind groups, and why Teles just plain feels like family.
Why do you love Teles?
I love Teles because every time I come into the office or go to a firm-sponsored event, it feels like I’m going to spend time with my friends and family.
What is your favorite aspect?
Above all else, I love the collaborative spirit of the firm, and I love the people with whom I work. We have so much to learn in this industry, so working with so many talented agents who share the spirit of collaboration has allowed me to really grow and improve as a person and a Realtor.
What Teles features help you drive your business?
The Mastermind groups, the daily calls, and the office meetings are invaluable to my business. I try not to miss any of them, because with this much talent under one roof, there is SO much knowledge shared on a daily basis that I’d be doing myself a disservice if I didn’t make every effort to soak it up and learn from my peers.
Why did you join?
I joined Teles because I wanted to be part of a growing company with a different vision for the way properties should be marketed, a better plan for how agents should be treated, and an informed and intelligent leadership to help me improve both my personal and professional life.
Anything else you want to add or people to know?
The leadership and guidance you get at a firm like Teles is sensational. When I was at my previous firm, I had nowhere to turn at 8pm on a Friday night if I ran into issues. I have never had a problem getting thoughtful, intelligent, sound advice from numerous members of our leadership team in a timely fashion, regardless of how inconvenient it may have been. They truly put their agents first, and for that I’m extremely grateful.
